In addition, he said, the recipes avoid the risk of cancer can be done by avoiding certain foods, eg, pickled foods, smoked foods, and fried foods.

"Exercise regularly, quit smoking, and avoiding red meat consumption is also an application of healthy lifestyles need to be applied to prevent cancer," said Naning.
